Lakeshore Learning Materials, LLC in Oregon is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to grow our K–12 market. You’ll cultivate new and existing school relationships across a designated territory and partner with internal teams to tailor Lakeshore solutions to customers.

Uncapped commissions, strong benefits, and travel up to 50% are offered. A strategic, results‑driven mindset and excellent communication skills are essential to succeeding in this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Solid presentation skills and ability to speak to customer needs at all levels.
• Strong work ethic, team mentality and ability to perform from home.
• Residents of Oregon with travel within territory 50%.

Responsibilities

• Securing new and repeat business by building strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in a designated geographical area.
• Partnering with internal sales resources to support needs and increase business.
• Consistently calling on, building, and maintaining relationships with customers within assigned territory.
• Collaborating with RVP/RD to build, adjust, and drive sales strategies.
• Targeting key customers and identifying needs.
• Communicating effectively in meetings with internal HQ departments and sales channels.
• Participating in local, state, and national conferences to promote Lakeshore brand.
