Job summary

Riverstone Logistics, a nationwide provider of final mile, middle mile, warehousing, and fulfillment services, is seeking an experienced District Operations Manager in Oklahoma. You will oversee outbound logistics for multiple client locations, ensure capacity and efficiency, and supervise a team of Territory Managers within an assigned region.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in distribution or supply chain operations with at least 2 years in management, strong Excel skills, and a proven ability

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of distribution and/or supply chain operations with managerial experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred; high school diploma accepted.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed client service goals.
• Oversee daily outbound operations across multiple client locations.
• Ensure compliance with company, client, local, state, and federal policies.
• Coach, develop, and evaluate staff; manage performance.
• Maintain location KPIs and share insights with stakeholders.
