Job summary

Riverstone Logistics in Oklahoma is seeking a District Operations Manager to oversee outbound logistics for multiple client retail locations. You will maintain client delivery capacity, conduct operational analyses, and supervise a team of Territory Managers.

This role requires 2–4 years in distribution or supply chain with management experience, Excel proficiency, and strong communication. You will train Extra Milers, ensure safety, and drive performance through data-driven KPIs.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; bachelor's preferred.
• 2–4 years in distribution or supply chain with at least 2 years in management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Professional demeanor in conflict situations.
• Ability to coach and develop staff.
• Reliable transportation and regional travel ability.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed client service goals.
• Train and onboard Extra Milers; maintain culture.
• Oversee daily outbound operations across locations.
• Develop and implement efficient policies and procedures.
• Oversee weekly operator settlements and related processes.
• Supervise, evaluate, and motivate staff.
• Interpret location KPIs and share with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with motor carriers for capacity.
• Ensure safety, scheduling, and fair HR practices.
• Hire, train, and appraise staff; take corrective action.
• Maintain assets and conduct store audits.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
