• Willingness to travel within the region to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed client service goals consistently.
• Oversee daily outbound operations across multiple client locations.
• Develop and implement policies for efficient and safe operations.
• Lead weekly meetings and share location KPIs with stakeholders.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff; provide coaching as needed.
• Maintain assets and ensure regulatory and company compliance.
• Collaborate with motor carriers to ensure delivery capacity.
