Job summary

Oppenheimer Companies, Inc. is seeking a Regional Member Manager to lead Distributor Member growth, engage with Supplier Partners, and provide strategic business development support across Golbon programs and events.

You will drive profitability, retention, and long-term engagement through consultative guidance and proactive follow-through, with approximately 35% travel to conferences and distributor visits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales & marketing experience in the foodservice distribution industry.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, organizational and project management skills.
• Analytical, results-oriented, self-starter with problem-solving mindset.
• Travel approximately 35% to distributor members and events.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, operations management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Distributor Members to identify opportunities that increase purchases through Golbon suppliers.
• Develop member-specific supplier participation and growth plans aligned with regional goals.
• Coordinate with supplier partners and internal teams to drive conversion and growth.
• Promote Golbon programs and services to improve member profitability and engagement.
• Manage relationships, communicate regularly, and coordinate resources to meet member needs.
• Support onboarding activities for new supplier partners and participate in events.
