Job summary

POOLCORP, the world’s leading distributor of outdoor living products, is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee two or more operations, driving sales, profitability and customer satisfaction. You will mentor center managers, develop staff, and implement strategic initiatives across the New York to New England region.

The role requires 7+ years in sales/operations management, strong leadership, and proficiency in MS Office. Travel within the region is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in sales or operations management for a multi-store company.
• Experience in industrial distribution, warehousing or equivalent.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, delegate and inspire teams.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and leadership to sales center managers to achieve revenue, profit and asset goals.
• Coach and motivate staff to meet regional and center objectives.
• Manage regional P&L progress, budgets and forecasting.
• Implement regional marketing plans to hit annual performance targets.
• Oversee assets and compliance within safety, insurance and company policies.
