Integrated Power Services is seeking a seasoned Regional Distribution Inside Sales leader in the Denver area to drive customer service excellence and growth for motors and drives. You will manage proposals, coordinate with engineering for technical support, and ensure regional KPIs are met while engaging suppliers for competitive pricing and timely quotes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing.
• 10+ years of customer service or sales experience in the electric motor, drive, or related industry.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Regional Distribution Inside Sales team to deliver exceptional customer service for the IPS distribution and Drives business.
• Manage and work within the IPS Enterprise systems to generate proposals and deliver customer service.
• Ensure that key performance measurements for the Inside Sales team are being achieved.
• Coordinate and support targeted sales efforts to win Drives business in the Region.
