Job summary

Integrated Power Services seeks an Inside Sales Representative to drive growth in the Distribution Team and deliver exceptional customer service across the region.

You will quote, process orders, and coordinate motors procurement, while collaborating with engineering and OEM partners to resolve technical inquiries and optimize delivery and service levels. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 3+ years in customer service or inside sales in an industrial setting preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; ability to interpret data and actions clearly.
• Technical background in electrical/mechanical products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and enhance customer service for the Distribution Team.
• Process customer inquiries, provide quotations, and manage orders efficiently.
• Select and procure motors from suppliers for quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain and manage supplier relationships and logistics for timely delivery.
• Serve as a technical resource with engineering and OEM partner support.
• Handle shipping/receiving, inventory, and records for accountability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and continuous improvement processes.
