Job summary

Integrated Power Services, LLC. in Texas is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive sales growth within the Distribution Team and to improve customer service for the region.

You will collaborate with outside sales and OEM partners to deliver timely, cost-effective solutions and maintain strong client relationships. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, quotes, orders, and supplier coordination, while ensuring accurate documentation and efficient shipping and logistics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 3+ years of customer service or inside sales in an industrial environment.
• Technical background with electrical and/or mechanical products is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process inquiries, quotations, and orders efficiently.
• Select and procure motors from suppliers, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure optimal performance and service delivery.
• Serve as a technical resource addressing inquiries with support from engineering and OEM partners.
• Maintain clear client and sales correspondence.
• Handle shipment processing and packing for outgoing orders.
• Manage inbound logistics and inventory records.
