Integrated Power Services is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive growth within the Distribution Team. You will process inquiries, quote customers, manage orders, and collaborate with suppliers and engineering partners to ensure timely delivery and high-quality service.

We value strong communication, data analysis, and a proactive, customer-focused approach. A high school diploma and 3+ years in industrial inside sales or customer service support success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required with 3+ years in industrial inside sales or customer service preferred.
• Sharp analytical thinking and reasoning abilities.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to analyze data and communicate clearly with customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer inquiries, provide quotations, and manage orders efficiently.
• Select and procure motors from suppliers, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain clear client and sales correspondence.
• Handle shipment processing and inbound logistics to ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee inventory records, storage locations, and stock levels.
• Document activities and generate reports for accountability and compliance.
• Collaborate with IPS outside sales and OEM partners as needed.
