Integrated Power Services (IPS) in California is seeking a seasoned Regional Distribution Inside Sales leader to drive customer service, proposals, and revenue for Drives and Motors. You will lead a team, coordinate with IPS Enterprise systems, and partner across engineering, marketing, and service centers to win new business.

The role demands strategic account planning, strong communication, and a track record of meeting sales quotas while maintaining high customer satisfaction and competitive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or related field.
• 10+ years of customer service or sales experience in the electric motor, drive, or related industry.
• Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships.
• Ability to develop and execute business and strategic account plans.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas and profitability.
• Maintains high customer satisfaction and VOC input.
• Collaborative leader across teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong analytical and reasoning skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Regional Distribution Inside Sales team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Generate proposals and deliver customer service using IPS Enterprise systems.
• Ensure key performance metrics for Inside Sales are met.
• Coordinate sales efforts to win Drives business in the Region.
• Manage inventory needs and IPS asset ROI.
• Engage with supplier base and maintain market pricing.
• Prepare proposals for large motor/drives with engineering review.
• Drive growth for Drives and Motor business in the region.
• Provide VOC feedback to IPS stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Service Centers on targets.
