Integrated Power Services, LLC. seeks a Regional Distribution Inside Sales Lead to drive exceptional customer service and growth for Drives and Motor business in the region. You will generate proposals, manage IPS Enterprise systems, and coordinate cross-functional efforts with engineering, sales, and marketing to win new business.

You will lead a team, ensure KPI delivery, and engage with suppliers to secure pricing and support, while upholding IPS values and safety standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing or related field.
• 10+ years of customer service or sales in electric motor/drive related industry.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills across teams.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed annual sales quotas and profitability.
• Maintains high customer satisfaction with Voice of Customer input.
• Collaborative leader who works across teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat; strong analytical skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Regional Distribution Inside Sales team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Manage IPS Enterprise systems to generate proposals and deliver service.
• Ensure KPIs for the Inside Sales team are met and exceeded.
• Coordinate targeted sales efforts to win Drives business in the region.
• Manage inventory needs and IPS asset ROI for customer availability.
• Engage supplier base and secure market pricing support.
• Prepare proposals with engineering for technical backing as needed.
• Drive measurable growth for Drives and Motor business region-wide.
