Job summary

Crothall Healthcare is seeking a Regional Director of Patient Experience and Nursing Engagement. You will manage and coordinate patient experience activities in collaboration with unit leadership to improve patient satisfaction scores, account retention, and engagement with nursing teams.

The role supervises Patient Experience Managers, travels up to 80% across the region, and aligns performance incentives with client goals while supporting business growth across TX, AR, OK, LA, and AZ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or business.
• 3-5 years’ experience in healthcare operations, healthcare support services, nursing, or behavioral health preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Proficient in Windows-based Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Fiscal and budgetary skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates patient experience activities in collaboration with unit leadership to improve patient satisfaction scores.
• Monitors accounts patient satisfaction initiatives to ensure client satisfaction and account retention.
• Develops and monitors action plans to meet each account’s needs for patient satisfaction.
• Promotes and monitors progress in patient satisfaction and related marketing efforts.
• Conducts on-site audits of high incentive/high risk accounts to ensure strategy implementation.
• Builds strong relationships with nurses and clients across the region.
• Works with on-site management to develop and implement the regional patient satisfaction plan.
• Coaches and evaluates on-site Patient Experience Managers; provides performance feedback.
