You will collaborate with unit leadership to enhance patient satisfaction, retention, and engagement while monitoring adherence to client goals.

The position resides in Texas and requires up to 80% travel to AR, OK, Louisiana, and AZ. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in healthcare administration or business with 3–5 years in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare administration or business or equivalent.
• 3–5 years’ experience in health care operations, health care support services, nursing or behavioral health preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task essential.
• Proficient in Windows based office software including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Exhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility and leadership.
• Fiscal and budgetary skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel up to 80% to support accounts.
• Track financial incentives, penalties, and reporting tied to patient satisfaction performance.
• Maintain client satisfaction to ensure account retention.
• Develop and monitor department patient satisfaction action plans for each account.
• Increase regional patient satisfaction by promoting progress and marketing success.
• Conduct on-site audits to verify implementation of patient satisfaction strategies.
• Build strong relationships with nurses and clients across the region.
• Collaborate with on-site management to implement regional patient satisfaction plans.
