Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, seeks a Regional Director of Patient Experience and Nursing Engagement to oversee patient experience activities across multiple states. The role requires collaboration with unit leadership, nurses, and client accounts to drive satisfaction, engagement and financial goals.

The position involves up to 80% travel and will reside in Texas while supporting AR, OK, Louisiana, and AZ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare administration or business preferred.
• 3-5 years’ experience in healthcare operations, health care support services, nursing or behavioral health preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task essential.
• Proficient in Windows-based Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Leadership, initiative, flexibility and fiscal awareness expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coordinate and direct patient experience activities with unit leadership.
• Monitor accounts and patient satisfaction initiatives to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and monitor department patient satisfaction action plans for each account.
• Promote regional patient satisfaction performance and track incentives and reporting.
• Build strong relationships with nurses and clients across the region.
• Collaborate with on-site teams to implement regional patient satisfaction plans.
• Coach on-site Patient Experience Managers and provide development feedback.
