Crothall Healthcare in Texas supports AR, OK, Louisiana, and AZ and seeks a Regional Director of Patient Experience and Nursing Engagement. You will lead patient experience initiatives, collaborate with unit leadership, and drive engagement with nursing teams to improve satisfaction and retention.

Travel up to 80% across the region, with a focus on aligning client outcomes, financial goals, and service excellence for multiple hospital partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare administration and/or business or equivalent
• 3-5 years’ experience in health care operations, health care support services, nursing or behavioral health preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task essential
• Proficient in Windows-based office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Exhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility and leadership
• Fiscal and budgetary skills

Responsibilities

• This position requires up to 80% travel
• Tracks financial incentives, penalties, and reporting as tied to patient satisfaction performance
• Maintains and supports client satisfaction at a level that ensures account retention
• Assists in developing, customizing, and/or monitoring a department/unit patient satisfaction action plan
• Increases regional patient satisfaction performance by promoting and monitoring progress
• Conducts frequent on-site audits of high incentive/high risk accounts to confirm implementation of strategies
• Works to build strong relationships with nurses and clients throughout the region
• Develops the region's patient satisfaction plan for customer service initiatives and ensures its implementation
• Coaches and evaluates on-site Patient Experience Managers; provides feedback for growth
