Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, seeks a Regional Director of Patient Experience and Nursing Engagement to lead patient experience initiatives across AR, OK, LA, TX, and AZ. Travel up to 80% is required to align nursing teams and client accounts with satisfaction goals.

The role focuses on improving patient satisfaction, staff engagement, and financial outcomes while ensuring high retention and service quality across multiple hospital partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration and/or business or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in health care operations, health care support services, nursing, or behavioral health.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities; strong leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate patient experience activities with unit leadership to improve satisfaction.
• Monitor accounts' patient satisfaction initiatives to ensure client retention and engagement.
• Develop and monitor department patient satisfaction action plans for each account.
• Increase regional patient satisfaction performance by promoting progress and marketing success.
• Conduct on-site audits to confirm adherence to patient satisfaction strategies.
• Build strong relationships with nurses and clients; support regional service initiatives.
• Coach on-site Patient Experience Managers and provide development feedback.
