Job summary

Crothall Healthcare is seeking a Regional Director of Patient Experience and Nursing Engagement. The role oversees patient experience initiatives, coordinating with unit leadership to boost satisfaction scores, retention, and engagement across accounts.

The position is based in Texas and will support AR, OK, Louisiana, and AZ with up to 80% travel. Collaborative leadership with nursing teams and on-site managers is essential to drive financial goals and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare administration and/or business.
• 3-5 years’ experience in health care operations, health care support services, nursing or behavioral health preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task essential.
• Proficient in Windows-based office software including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage coordinating and directing patient experience activities with unit leadership.
• Monitor accounts patient satisfaction initiatives to assure client and customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with nursing teams to improve engagement and satisfaction scores.
• Develop and monitor department/unit patient satisfaction action plans for each account.
• Lead region's patient satisfaction plan with on-site managers and teams.
• Coach and evaluate on-site Patient Experience Managers and provide growth support.
