Job summary

Crothall Healthcare is seeking a Regional Director of Patient Experience and Nursing Engagement to oversee patient experience initiatives across multiple states. The role requires coordinating with unit leadership to enhance satisfaction, engagement with nursing teams, and accountability for financial goals.

The position involves up to 80% travel and support across TX, AR, OK, LA and AZ, directing a team of Patient Experience Managers and driving growth plans for client retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration and/or business or equivalent.
• 3-5 years’ experience in health care operations, health care support services, nursing or behavioral health preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Proficient in Windows-based office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Shows initiative, responsibility, flexibility and leadership.
• Fiscal and budgetary skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coordinate, and direct patient experience activities in collaboration with unit leadership to improve patient satisfaction scores.
• Monitor accounts patient satisfaction initiatives to assure client and customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
• Develop and monitor department/unit patient satisfaction action plans to meet accounts’ needs.
• Increase regional patient satisfaction performance through marketing and progress tracking.
• Conduct on-site audits of high incentive/high risk accounts to confirm strategy implementation.
• Build strong relationships with nurses and clients across the region.
• Develop regional patient satisfaction plan with on-site management and ensure implementation.
• Coach and evaluate on-site Patient Experience Managers; provide development feedback.
