Job summary

Profound Medical is seeking a Regional Program Director to lead a regional team and drive TULSA-PRO growth across the region.

You will hire, train and coach PDMs, work in the field with the team, and partner with the VP of US Sales to align plans and quotas while ensuring regulatory and ethical standards.

Candidates should have 8+ years in medical device sales and proven leadership in growing installed base, with comfort in high-level hospital and IDN relationships.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of medical device sales experience
• 3+ years of sales leadership
• Proven record of hiring, training and developing sales talent
• Experience growing procedure volume or utilization across an installed base
• Capital-plus-procedure, robotic, image-guided therapy sales leadership preferred
• Familiarity with urology, radiology or oncology environments preferred
• Experience building relationships with hospital executives and IDN/health system leaders
• Strong business planning, forecasting and analytical skills
• Excellent communication, presentation and coaching skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver TULSA-PRO Procedure growth against regional quota.
• Recruit, hire and onboard top PDM talent.
• Train and develop PDMs using the PDM Competency Rubric and field coaching.
• Spend the majority of time in the field with PDMs: rides, account planning, QBRs and key customer meetings.
• Build the regional business plan and set territory quotas with the VP of US Sales.
• Review every PDM's account and territory plans and hold the team accountable to the plan.
• Engage senior hospital and IDN leaders to win program priority and resources.
