Job summary
Choice Hotels International is seeking an Area Director, Franchise Performance, Core Brands to drive commercial performance across a portfolio of midscale and upper midscale franchised hotels. You will advise owners, operators, and management companies, leveraging data to identify revenue opportunities and growth strategies.
You will collaborate with Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, Loyalty and Operations to optimize RevPAR, ADR, occupancy and owner profitability, while managing franchise
Qualifications
- Minimum fifteen (15) years of progressive hotel industry experience with significant responsibility for commercial strategy and multi-property performance.
- Minimum ten (10) years of hotel leadership experience, preferably including franchise performance or revenue management.
- Proven ability to influence business decisions through analytical insights and strategic consultation.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic commercial advisor to hotel owners and operators, using portfolio data to identify revenue opportunities.
- Conduct performance reviews and business consultations linking revenue strategy to growth.
- Lead stakeholder alignment and accountability for commercial priorities across the portfolio.
