Chainguard is seeking a Director of Sales to lead a 5-7 person Account Executive team and drive revenue for its open source, security-focused, enterprise SaaS products. You will forecast, strategize, and align with marketing, customer success, and engineering functions to accelerate growth.

The role requires proven leadership in high-velocity tech sales, experience with CSP marketplaces, and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience selling a technical product (open source, DevOps, or security preferred).
• 3+ years leading high-performing software sales teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage a team of 5-7 Account Executives.
• Drive revenue, forecasts, and growth plans for large accounts.
• Set strategy for Chainguard’s largest accounts.
• Collaborate with Marketing, CSM, and Sales Engineering.
• Establish metrics to measure team performance.
