Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech Electrophysiology is seeking a Regional Business Director to lead a Central Florida region including Lakeland, Orlando, and Ocala. You will drive cardiovascular sales growth, manage a mixed team of sales and clinical staff, and execute strategic plans to expand market share in a rapidly evolving EP marketplace.

The role requires a bachelor's degree, 5+ years in professional work, and 3+ years in US medical device sales/marketing with leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Advance degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.
• Minimum 5 years professional work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of US medical device sales/marketing experience or 2 years sales management.
• Field trainer or project leadership experience required.
• Cardiovascular/EP industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive top-line sales in the US Region per the Business Plan.
• Meet and exceed regional sales and profit targets.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and develop quotas/objectives.
• Manage region's expense budget.
• Coach and manage Territory Managers and Clinical Account Specialists.
• Develop and implement regional commercial strategies and marketing tactics.
• Foster strong customer relationships and strategic partnerships.
