Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• MBA preferred
• Minimum 5 years professional experience
• Minimum 3 years of Sales/Marketing in US medical device industry
• Field trainer or project leadership experience
• Cardiac Electrophysiology or Cardiovascular industry experience preferred
• Region within US preferred

Responsibilities

• Drive top-line sales results in the US region
• Meet/exceed sales and profit targets for the region
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and develop tactical plans
• Manage region's expense budget
• Coach and manage Territory Managers and Clinical Account Specialists
• Develop and implement regional commercial and field training strategies
• Build strong customer relationships with key accounts
• Ensure compliance with company programs and policies
