Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Region Director - Northwest to lead Cardiovascular sales across the Northwest. You will drive strategy, oversee clinical and sales teams, and partner with regional management to achieve growth in heart recovery, electrophysiology, and stroke care.

The role requires a proven track record in leading large field teams, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to travel up to 60%.

Qualifications

10+ years in sales with 5+ years leading MedTech field teams.
7+ years of management experience of a field commercial team.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
Willingness to travel up to 60%.
Proven track record in managing a growing sales organization.
Ability to negotiate with senior leaders & KOLs.
Compliance with state and federal medical device regulations.

Responsibilities

Direct the region’s sales activities to meet annual growth and revenue objectives.
Set sales targets and forecasts for the Northwest region.
Identify, hire, retain and develop talent across the field team.
Develop strategies for launching new accounts and penetrating existing ones.
Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Marketing, HR, Regulatory and Clinical Affairs.
Lead negotiations with large prospects and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
