Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech Electrophysiology is recruiting for a Regional Business Director to lead the Central Florida region, including Lakeland, Orlando, Ocala and Leesburg. You will drive sales growth, oversee both Sales and Clinical staff, and implement commercial strategies to expand Cardiovascular and EP solutions.

You will partner with internal teams, train and develop staff, and ensure compliance with Credo values while delivering strong customer relationships and business results across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of professional work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of US medical device sales or marketing experience, or 2 years in sales management.
• Experience as a field trainer or project leader.
• Cardiovascular or EP industry experience preferred.
• Capital equipment sales experience preferred.
• Region residence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive top-line sales results for the US region in line with the Business Plan.
• Meet and exceed region sales and profit targets.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and develop quotas.
• Manage the region’s expense budget.
• Develop and retain Territory Managers and Clinical Account Specialists.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to execute regional plans.
• Lead development of commercial strategies and field training.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
• Travel as required to manage regional and national activities.
