Johnson & Johnson MedTech Electrophysiology is recruiting a Regional Business Director for Central Florida (Lakeland, Orlando, Ocala, Leesburg). You will lead sales, field training, and clinical support to grow market share in cardiovascular/EP.

Expect collaboration with executives and cross-functional teams to deliver patient-focused solutions. You will mentor Territory Managers and Clinical Account Specialists, manage budgets, and align regional plans with national strategy.

Qualifikationen

• Requires Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in professional roles; minimum 3 years in sales/marketing in medtech.
• Experience leading teams and managing budgets.
