Datadog, Inc. is seeking a Regional Manager, Sales Engineering to lead Senior Sales Engineers across a regional portfolio.

The role focuses on driving technical execution, shaping regional strategy, and partnering with sales leadership, product/engineering, and GTM teams to scale impact beyond individual deals. You will own performance, hiring, and development of your team, operate with an executive presence in strategic opportunities, and maintain high-quality delivery across the regional sales

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience leading Sales Engineers and/or frontline leaders in a customer-facing technical org.
• 7+ years in Sales Engineering or technical customer-facing role.
• Proven ability to partner with senior Sales leadership on regional strategy and forecast alignment.
• Ability to operate at strategic and operational levels with multi-quarter planning.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and influence at senior levels.
• Background in public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), Kubernetes, observability, and AI tooling.
• Growth mindset and willingness to travel as needed.
