You will partner with Sales leadership on multi-quarter planning, forecast alignment, and capacity planning, while ensuring high-quality delivery across the sales cycle and customer engagements. Travel as needed.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years leading Sales Engineers or frontline leaders in a customer-facing tech org.
• 7+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or technical customer-facing role.
• Strong partner to senior Sales leadership on regional strategy and long-range planning.
