OPCO Skilled Management is seeking a Full-Time staff member in St. Louis, MO to support dietary services. Responsibilities include interviewing residents, documenting food preferences, updating tray-card data, and directing cases to a Dietician for nutritional concerns.
The role requires a High School Diploma and a Food Handler’s Permit is preferred, with strong organization and independent work abilities. Basic computer skills are expected to support data entry and records management.
High School Diploma
Food Handler’s Permit
Ability to follow instructions and work independently with little or no supervision.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks well.
Basic Understanding of normal and therapeutic diets and food safety.
Basic Computer skills
Experience working with a licensed dietician, preferred.
Diet Technician Registered (DTR) preferred.
Interview residents and obtain food preferences and complete Resident Food Profile
Update resident’s food preference into tray card data base.
Refer residents to Dietician for any resident’s having nutritional or eating issues.
