The RBM will drive market share growth, protect base business, and cultivate a high-performing culture. You will forecast sales, mentor the team, and align regional efforts with broader BD strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a regional sales team to meet revenue and profitability targets.
• Recruit, train, develop and mentor regional sales professionals in Molecular, Microbiology and ID/AST portfolios.
• Forecast product sales accurately by unit and revenue for the region.
• Ensure consistent execution of key sales management processes.
• Collaborate with SCG, Sales Specialists and DNAs to drive conversions and compliance.
