Job summary

Payhawk is seeking a regional demand-generation leader to own growth in your area. You will define regional demand-gen strategy, prioritize initiatives, and coordinate with Sales and Marketing shared services to drive pipeline.

You will run multi-channel campaigns, manage budgets, monitor ROI, and lead AI-driven optimization. The role requires hands-on copywriting, landing pages, and collaboration across Europe offices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of demand-generation experience.
• Native-level French, German, Dutch, Swedish or Polish.
• Fluent English.
• Proven experience building marketing strategies that support an outbound motion.
• A proven track record of generating demand with Enterprise accounts.
• Experience building programmatic marketing campaigns.
• A growth mindset: run high volumes of structured experiments to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Hands-on approach: you will write copy, build landing pages and test new tools yourself.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to work from one of Payhawk’s UK or European offices.

Responsibilities

• Define the regional demand-generation and channel strategy across New Business and Expansion motions.
• Brief marketing shared services through rolling campaign briefs.
• Represent your region in regional planning cycles and weekly meetings.
• Prioritize initiatives based on go-to-market strategy to avoid spreading the team too thin.
• Own the relationship with the regional sales team.
