Job summary

FurtherAI is seeking a Director of Demand Generation in New York, NY, to own and execute the enterprise pipeline engine. You will set demand strategy, launch paid social, run ABM, optimize website conversion, nurture programs, and collaborate with Sales and Revenue Ops.

This hands-on IC role reports to the VP of Growth Marketing, with potential to build and lead a team as the function scales. The role is measured on pipeline with emphasis on demos, opportunities, and revenue impact.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in demand generation, revenue marketing or pipeline growth.
• Experience owning a pipeline target and driving opportunities and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Set the demand strategy and quarterly plan tied to pipeline and revenue targets.
• Execute programs in ad platforms, marketing automation, CRM, and creative briefs weekly.
• Own a pipeline number and optimize demos, opportunities, and funnel performance.
