Job summary

Higgsfield AI is seeking a Head of Demand Generation to lead and scale our global demand engine. This senior, hands-on role owns strategy across digital channels, paid media, ABM, events, partnerships, and lifecycle marketing to drive pipeline and revenue.

You will partner with Sales, Growth, Product, and RevOps to implement data-driven programs, optimize funnel performance, and propel growth in a fast-moving AI company.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing at a high-growth SaaS/AI company.
• Proven track record of building programs that generate measurable pipeline and revenue.
• Strong understanding of enterprise marketing motions, ABM, and full-funnel demand generation.

Responsibilities

• Own pipeline generation strategy for enterprise and PLG motions; drive qualified pipeline.
• Build integrated campaigns across paid media, content, email, webinars, events, partnerships, and outbound.
• Create scalable ABM programs targeting enterprise accounts and strategic customers.
• Optimize lead gen, conversion, and pipeline velocity across the funnel.
• Scale marketing programs with data-driven experimentation; partner with Product Marketing for launches.
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing for cohesive messaging across self-serve and enterprise audiences.
• Support field marketing initiatives, executive events, and industry conferences.
• Define KPIs and build reporting around pipeline, attribution, CAC, and ROI.
