Job summary

LangChain is seeking a Demand Generation Lead for EMEA to drive regional pipeline through multi-channel campaigns and localized programs. You will own regional strategy, budgets, and measurement, partnering with marketing and sales to optimize demand in the region.

You’ll run paid digital, webinars, and lifecycle programs, tailoring messaging for multiple markets, with ownership of regional campaigns from ideation to execution.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or integrated campaigns.
• Experience building demand programs in EMEA across multiple countries.
• You've personally run paid, webinars, lifecycle, and ABM.
• You write the copy, build the landing page, pull the report, and launch the campaign.
• Comfortable with a technical product and a technical audience.
• Strong partner to Sales; you've worked with AEs and SDRs and understand pipeline.
• Fluent in funnel metrics: conversion, CPL, SQO, pipeline contribution, attribution limits.
• Familiar with a modern stack including Hubspot, Influ2, Qualified, Goldcast, Zoom Webinar, Zapier, SFDC, Reo.dev, Clay.

Responsibilities

• Build the EMEA demand plan across markets, segments, channels and expected returns.
• Own an EMEA pipeline target and report on sourced and influenced pipeline by channel and market.
• Allocate the regional demand budget for localized programs.
• Paid digital: partner with performance marketing for localized 3rd party promotion, paid search, paid social, and retargeting.
• Run regional webinars and demos, with local speakers and time zones.
• Develop integrated campaigns by adapting global LangSmith narratives for the region.
• Build lifecycle nurtures and post‑event follow-ups for regional leads with language/time zone considerations.
• Collaborate with EMEA AEs, SDRs, Field Marketing, and RevOps for targeting, routing and reporting to improve pipeline visibility.
• Partner on ramp for new hires by sharing campaign hand-off details and proven outreach plays.
