Job summary

JLL seeks a seasoned Enterprise Regional Delivery Leader (East) to drive TM service delivery across enterprise accounts. You will oversee regional Transaction Managers, set account strategies, and ensure financial accountability while collaborating with technology and sales teams.

You will lead a high-performing team, optimize regional delivery, and expand service offerings across enterprise portfolios, with travel 25–40% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10–12 years of experience in transaction management, corporate real estate, or related field with leadership responsibility.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage P&L for complex service delivery.
• Strong business development and client relationship experience with enterprise clients.
• Experience leading high-performing teams in a multi-account, matrixed organization.
• Financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
• Excellent strategic thinking and execution capabilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management in matrixed environments.
• Willingness to travel 25–40% within the region to support relationships and governance.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and operational oversight for TM services across enterprise accounts.
• Develop and communicate account strategies with clear short- and long-term goals.
• Establish client governance cadence with regular business reviews and touchpoints.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability for TM operations in the enterprise segment.
• Oversee financial plans, reporting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
• Ensure adherence to policies and controls with audit-ready reporting.
• Recruit, lead, and develop a team of Transaction Managers.
• Oversee TM tiering, resource allocation, and staffing across the region.
• Foster high-performance culture focused on client service and development.
• Expand TM offerings within existing accounts and build client relationships.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Portfolio Solutions and broader org in a matrixed setup.
• Align with brokers to reinforce delivery and revenue goals.
• Support sales with delivery credibility in proposals.
