JLL’s Enterprise Regional Delivery team seeks an Enterprise Accounts Platform Leader (West) to oversee Transaction Management delivery across multi-location portfolios in the West region. This role combines strategic direction, financial accountability, and a focus on client satisfaction while driving revenue growth.

You will lead a team of Transaction Managers, align with the Enterprise Portfolio Solutions platform, manage budgeting and forecasting, and partner with Technology to optimize TM

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10–12 years of proven track record in transaction management, corporate real estate, or related field.
• Experience leading and developing high‑performing teams in a multi‑account, matrixed organization.
• Strong business development and client relationship management with enterprise‑level clients.
• Willingness to travel within the region (25–40%).
• MBA or Master's degree preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic direction and operational oversight to ensure superior delivery of TM products across all assigned enterprise accounts.
• Establish and communicate a comprehensive account strategy with clear short- and long-term goals.
• Establish a consistent client governance cadence with KPIs.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability by developing and executing TM strategies.
• Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and profitability analysis for TM operations.
• Recruit, lead, and manage a team of Transaction Managers.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on client service excellence.
• Expand TM service offerings within existing enterprise accounts.
