Job summary

JLL is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead regional operations for a dedicated client account. You will own day-to-day service delivery, KPI performance, staffing optimization, and regional client satisfaction, serving as the primary operational contact for facility managers and coordinating with Operations Managers to ensure SLA compliance and continuous improvement.

The role balances strategic priorities with hands-on execution, requiring strong relationships, cost and quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Facilities Management, or related field.
• 4+ years of field operations, service delivery, or account management experience in technical services or facilities management.
• Demonstrated success coordinating across multi-location operations.
• Strong ability to coordinate across teams; solid influencing and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with client facility managers and be the trusted operational advisor.
• Respond to facility manager requests and escalations with responsiveness and reliability.
• Monitor regional performance, staffing plans, and changes; gather feedback proactively.
• Oversee KPI execution and SLA compliance across the region; identify at-risk metrics.
• Coordinate with Operations Managers to drive action on priorities and quality improvements.
• Conduct regular quality audits and drive corrective actions for safety and standards.
• Support training delivery and ensure field team readiness.
