Job summary

JLL seeks an Enterprise Regional Delivery Leader (West) to oversee Transaction Management operations across multi-location enterprise accounts. You will lead a team of Transaction Managers, drive operational excellence, ensure client satisfaction, and align financial performance with strategic goals.

Based in the West region with on-site work in Los Angeles and San Francisco, you will partner with sales, technology, and brokers to optimize delivery, expand services, and foster a high-performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in real estate, finance, business admin or related field.
• 10–12 years in transaction management or corporate real estate with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage P&L for complex service delivery.
• Strong enterprise client relationship and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight to ensure consistent TM delivery across enterprise accounts.
• Develop account strategy with measurable short- and long-term goals.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Transaction Managers.
• Partner with sales, technology, and brokers to optimize delivery and revenue.
