Job summary

JLL seeks an Enterprise Regional Delivery Leader (West) to oversee TM operations for enterprise accounts, manage a regional team of Transaction Managers, and drive service excellence with financial accountability and tech-enabled delivery improvements.

The role focuses on strategic governance, revenue growth, cost control, and multi-location coordination across the West region, including travel to client sites and alignment with enterprise stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10-12 years in transaction management, corporate real estate, or related field with progressive leadership responsibility
• Demonstrated success driving revenue growth and managing P&L accountability for complex service delivery operations
• Strong business development and client relationship management experience with enterprise-level clients
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams in a multi-account, matrixed organization
• Financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis
• Excellent strategic thinking and execution capabilities
• Willingness to travel 25-40% to support client relationships and account governance
• High ethical standards and collaborative leadership style

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and operational oversight to ensure superior, consistent delivery of TM products across all assigned enterprise accounts.
• Establish and communicate a comprehensive account strategy with short- and long-term goals to drive business outcomes.
• Establish a consistent client governance cadence with regular reviews and cross-functional touchpoints.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability by developing and executing TM strategies.
• Oversee financial plans including reporting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
• Promote adherence to policies, controls, and compliance with audit-ready reporting.
• Recruit, lead, and develop a team of Transaction Managers.
• Oversee TM tiering, resource allocation, and staffing across the region.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on client service excellence and development.
• Expand TM offerings within enterprise accounts and grow strategic client relationships.
• Partner with Enterprise Portfolio Solutions and broader organization in a complex matrixed environment.
• Align with brokers to support delivery operations and revenue goals.
• Support sales with delivery credibility and regional insights for proposals.
• Collaborate with Technology to integrate and optimize TM technology solutions.
