JLL seeks an Enterprise Accounts Platform Leader (West) to oversee regional TM delivery for enterprise clients, leading a team of Transaction Managers and driving operational excellence with strong financial accountability. This senior role focuses on revenue growth, governance, and innovation through technology integration within the Enterprise Portfolio Solutions framework.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
10–12 years of proven track record in transaction management, corporate real estate, or related field with progressive leadership responsibility.
Experience leading and developing high-performing teams in a multi-account, matrixed organization.
Financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
Willingness to travel within the region (25-40%) to support client relationships, team development, and account governance.

Provide strategic direction and operational oversight to ensure superior delivery of TM products across enterprise accounts.
Establish and communicate an account strategy with clear short- and long-term goals.
Establish a governance cadence with regular business reviews and KPI oversight.
Drive revenue growth and profitability by developing strategies for TM operations.
Oversee financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
Ensure adherence to policies, controls, and risk management across TM operations.
Recruit, lead, and develop a team of Transaction Managers.
Oversee TM tiering, resource allocation, and staffing/reporting lines.
Foster a high-performance culture focused on client service excellence and professional development.
Expand TM service offerings within existing enterprise accounts and build strong client relationships.
