Job summary

JLL seeks a seasoned Enterprise Regional Delivery Leader (West) to oversee TM operations for enterprise accounts, manage a team of Transaction Managers, and ensure best-in-class service delivery with financial accountability. The role emphasizes strategic account direction, governance, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10-12 years of proven track record in transaction management or related field with progressive leadership responsibility.
• Demonstrated success driving revenue growth and managing P&L accountability for complex service delivery operations.
• Strong business development and client relationship management experience with enterprise-level clients.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams in a multi-account, matrixed organization.
• Financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
• Excellent strategic thinking and execution capabilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management in matrixed organizations serving enterprise clients.
• Willingness to travel within the region (25-40%).
• High ethical standards and a collaborative, team-oriented leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and operational oversight to ensure superior TM delivery across all enterprise accounts.
• Establish and communicate a comprehensive account strategy with clear short- and long-term goals.
• Establish a consistent client governance cadence with regular reviews and touchpoints.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability by developing and executing TM strategies.
• Oversee financial plans, including reporting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
• Recruit, lead, develop, and manage a team of Transaction Managers.
• Oversee TM tiering, resource allocation, and staffing/reporting lines regionally.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on client service excellence.
• Expand TM offerings within existing enterprise accounts and build client relationships.
• Partner with Technology to select, integrate, and optimize TM solutions.
