Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an Enterprise Regional Delivery Leader (West) to drive operational excellence and client satisfaction across TM operations for enterprise accounts. You will oversee regional TM delivery, manage a team of Transaction Managers, and ensure profitable, innovative, audit-ready service delivery.

The role requires 10–12 years in transaction management or corporate real estate with leadership, plus willingness to travel 25–40% within the region.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in transaction management or enterprise real estate.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage P&L for complex service delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and operational oversight for TM delivery across enterprise accounts.
• Translate objectives into actionable plans with clear short/long-term goals.
• Establish client governance cadence with regular reviews and account team touchpoints.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability by exceeding targets for TM operations.
• Oversee financial operations: reporting, forecasting, profitability analysis.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Transaction Managers.
