Western Funding Inc. is seeking an Area Sales Manager to be the face of the company to our dealer partners. The role focuses on increasing funded deals by onboarding and managing growth with dealers in the local region, adopting a consultative sales approach.

You will join the External Sales Team with onboarding training and ongoing support to succeed in the field. The position allows remote work with significant travel to auto dealers; a background in automotive finance and sales is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• You must have a working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• High School diploma or equivalent (required).
• College degree or equivalent work experience (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Automotive, Finance and Sales.
• Experience in Financial Services or car dealership environments.
• 1-2 years in a challenging sales role with a proven track record.
• Clear and effective presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of warm calling, appointment setting, and sales techniques.
• Strong computer skills and adaptability to new technology.
• Results oriented: align with company objectives.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% to visit auto dealers.

Aufgaben

• Present and communicate company products and services to management within independent and franchise dealerships in person.
• Identify sales prospects and contact assigned accounts.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals from telephone calls.
• Develop, maintain and grow dealer partnerships within independent and franchise communities.
• Maintain constant communication with dealer partners about current programs.
• Train dealers on Western Funding processes and documentation for fast funding of contracts.
