The ideal candidate will have 5–10+ years of experience in sales, with a strong background in staffing, telecom, or construction. Competitive base salary and uncapped commissions are part of the compensation package.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of experience in sales or business development.
• Understanding of staffing, telecom, construction, or technical services.
• Proven ability to close large deals in the 6–7 figure range.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Build relationships with general contractors, electrical contractors, developers, and subcontractors.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract execution.
