Job summary

Mercury Z is a workforce solutions company powering data center, telecom, and infrastructure deployments across the U.S. We seek an experienced business development professional with a strong network across GCs, ECs, and telecom partners to drive new contracts.

You will own the sales lifecycle from initial relationship building to MSA signings, working closely with execution teams to deliver on commitments and scale accounts through a fast-growing platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct sales or business development in telecom infrastructure or related fields.
• Deep understanding of procurement, subcontractor bidding, and supplier qualification processes.
• Proven ability to pursue and close MSAs and technical scope engagements.

Responsibilities

• Open doors with GCs, ECs, Tier-1 carriers, and enterprise network clients.
• Lead pursuit strategy from relationship formation to MSA signing and bids.
• Collaborate with recruiting and engineering teams to fulfill commitments.
• Maintain strong pipeline visibility and position as trusted advisor to large builders.
