Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in sales or business development.
• Experience in staffing, telecom, construction, or technical services.
• Demonstrated success closing deals worth 6–7 figures.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of data center construction opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with GCs, ECs, and developers.
• Own and execute the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Track regional project activity, bid cycles, and market trends.
• Represent the company at job sites, client meetings, and industry events.
