Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Regional Data Center Project Administrator to support mission-critical data centers. You will handle project documentation, procurement, job costing, invoicing and closeout across multiple projects with regional leadership support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and up to five years of related experience or training.
• Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Experience with financial systems including accounts receivable/payable.
• Familiarity with project documentation, procurement and cost accounting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project documentation, procurement, and invoicing across multiple projects.
• Administer projects through their life cycle to ensure contract compliance and delivery.
• Manage procurement processes, issue purchase orders and subcontracts to vendors.
• Coordinate monthly customer invoicing and ensure timely billing.
• Maintain project costs records, time sheets, forecasts, and vendor invoices.
• Support operations with general administrative functions and document management.
