Job summary

Trane Technologies in Rocklin, CA is seeking a Regional Data Center Project Administrator to support multiple large-scale data center projects. Under minimal supervision, you will manage project documentation, procurement, invoicing and closeout processes, coordinating with Project Managers and vendors.

You will interact with customers, owners, HVAC contractors and field staff to ensure accurate cost recording and timely billing while upholding professional standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Reads and interprets construction schedules and project documentation.
• Minimum high school diploma with related experience or training.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork, with proactive work approach.
• Experience with financial systems including accounts receivable/payable.

Responsibilities

• Follows standard work and processes across enterprise systems.
• Administers projects through their life cycle to ensure contract compliance.
• Handles procurement, purchase orders, and subcontracting with vendors.
• Coordinates monthly customer invoicing per project requirements.
• Maintains accurate project costs, time sheets, and forecasting data.
• Performs general administrative functions to support operations.
