Job summary

Fortinet, Inc. seeks a Regional Sales Engineer to partner with Named Account Managers in our mid-market territory in the United States.

The role blends technical depth with executive-level storytelling to drive cybersecurity transformations across SecOps, Zero Trust, cloud, endpoint, and network security. You will lead discovery sessions, design secure architectures, and present value-driven demonstrations to C-level and senior technical leaders, while nurturing long-term trusted relationships

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in pre-sales or sales engineering in cybersecurity, networking, or cloud environments.
• Deep knowledge of networking and core security protocols.
• Able to articulate solutions for executive audiences and business outcomes.
• Experience designing secure architectures across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments.
• Proven track record leading architectural discussions with enterprise stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales to qualify opportunities and align technical capabilities with business outcomes.
• Lead discovery, workshops, and security assessments in complex environments.
• Design and present architectures with networking, cloud, and SecOps components.
• Deliver presentations to technical stakeholders and executive decision-makers.
• Support long-term trusted relationships with enterprise leadership and after-sales teams.
